We invite you to join the Vern Eide Hops & Hondas Tour - a 6 week event with a chance to enter to win a Honda Civic, have drinks at four awesome local breweries, and help raise money to protect the best interests of abused and neglected children through Sioux Falls Area CASA. Visit each brewery, or tour stop, and get your “passport” stamped to be entered to win a $750 giveaway package. While at each tour stop, you’re allowed one entry (4 total entries) to win a 2-year Honda Civic lease! If you are willing to star in one of our quick videos with a story of your first ride, you get a double entry! Plus, at each tour stop, you could win a $50 tab to that brewery!

When Laura Ingalls Wilder recorded her experiences living in "The Little House on the Prairie," she could not have known the exceptionally broad reach her tales would achieve. Adapted from Wilder’s book series in 1974, the acclaimed NBC television show "Little House on the Prairie" brought this enduring story into homes nationwide. In 1982, to honor the beloved television series, the East Palestine China Company commissioned South Dakota artist Eugene Christopherson to create 12 paintings for a collector's plate series. In March of 2017, the 12 original oil paintings Christopherson created for this series became part of the Center's Fine Art Collection. This series, together with several other prairie-inspired Christopherson paintings, will be on display in the gallery exhibition, “On the Prairie: The Art of Eugene Christopherson,” which opens May 7 and runs through October 12, 2018.

A reception will be held June 8, 2018 from 6:30- 8:30pm.
The show is free and open to the public.

Do you feel called to something more, but aren’t sure to what? The Benedictine Sisters of Sacred Heart Monastery would like to invite you to a free discernment retreat. This retreat will allow you to take a look at your life up to this point and see where/how God has been acting in your life. You will have the opportunity to join the sisters in prayer. There will also be trained spiritual directors to meet with you. You’ll be able to take part in faith sharing around the weekend scriptures. And following mass on Sunday, you will get to hear a panel of women share their vocation stories and how they made the decision to enter religious life. Invite a friend!
